Q.  What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Yulee, and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities. Our headquarters is right here at 1014 Beech Street in Fernandina Beach.

Q.  What cleaning services do you offer?

Quite the menu! Recurring and general house cleaning, top-to-bottom deep cleaning, stress-free move-in and move-out cleaning, short-term rental and Airbnb turnovers (with optional in-house linen laundry), commercial cleaning for offices and small businesses, and concierge-style home management while you're away.

Q.  Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! Our team arrives fully equipped with professional supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer we use specific products you provide (for allergies, sensitivities, or special surfaces), just let us know in advance and we're happy to accommodate.

Q.  Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients give us secure access through a door code, lockbox, or key arrangement so we can clean while they're at work or out of town. Whatever makes you most comfortable — we'll keep your access details private and secure.

Q.  What is the $75 walkthrough fee?

For certain jobs — especially deep cleans, move-outs, and larger homes — we schedule a quick in-person walkthrough so we can give you an accurate quote. The $75 walkthrough deposit is then credited toward your final invoice when you book.

Q.  How much does a cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the type of service, the size and condition of your space, and how often you'd like us to visit. A minimum service charge applies to smaller jobs. The best way to get an exact price is to request a free quote on our website or give us a call.

Q.  How do I pay, and when?

We make it easy with several payment options arranged at booking. Recurring clients can be billed per visit or monthly, and your invoice will spell out exactly what's due and when. Tips are never expected, always appreciated, and go straight to your cleaning team.

Q.  What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens — we just ask for at least [48 hours'] notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with shorter notice, lockouts, or same-day changes may be subject to a $75 fee, since they affect our team's schedule.

Q.  What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Then we make it right. Tell us within [24 hours] and we'll come back to re-clean the affected areas at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is the whole point — please see our Refund & Satisfaction Policy for the details.

Q.  Are you insured, licensed, and local?

Yes — Boutique Cleaning Co. is a locally owned, women-led business founded right here on Amelia Island, and we carry general liability coverage. You're trusting us with your home, and we take that seriously.

Q.  Do you handle Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers?

Absolutely — it's one of our specialties. We prepare your property for the next guest with fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and a detailed, guest-ready finish, with optional in-house laundry for linens and towels. Perfect for busy Amelia Island hosts.

Q.  Are you pet-friendly?

We love a furry greeting! Just let us know about your pets in advance and any handling preferences, and we'll plan accordingly so everyone has a happy, safe cleaning day.
